Irritable bowel syndrome and our digestion of life.

From an energetic perspective our digestive system relates to our acceptance of life and our ability to observe rather than absorb what is happening around us. If we expect life, people and ourselves to be a certain way there will be instant tension, disharmony and ultimately dis-ease in our digestion when our expectations are not met and we react with feelings of being hurt, frustrated, angry, disappointed etc that get buried in the digestive tract if left unresolved.
