Our Mission

Sydney Essential Health used to be a health centre in Woollahra. The founder, Catherine Tiney has now moved to Eastern Suburbs Osteopathy. The premises is now called Woollahra Whole Health and is run by Catherine’s long term colleagues, Brook Canning, Nicola Marishel and Jackie Castell.

This website now includes Catherine and her colleagues who have moved to Eastern Suburbs Osteopathy. It will also include her workshops as they are developed.

Established in 2006 Sydney Essential Health in the Eastern Suburbs is an integrative health centre with experienced health practitioners, encompassing Remedial Massage Therapy, and Orthobionomy. Our practitioners provide you with a broad minded approach to treatment and are able to treat both short term problems and complex long term problems with the aim to provide complete and Essential Health.
