Tracie Lynn
(Naturopathic Herbalist)

Dip. Herbal Medicine

Tracie is an Accredited Western Herbalist. She trained at the Dorothy Hall College of Herbal Medicine and has been in clinical practice since 1998. Over this time she also gained a great deal of ‘life experience’ as the mother of three children, helping to make her a professional, intuitive and compassionate practitioner.

As a Naturopathic Herbalist, Tracie combines the principles of Naturopathy with the more specific science of plant medicines, ensuring the best possible treatment for her patients.

Tracie has worked with many types of clients, with varying health issues and all ages.

Tracie loves to help mums, who can often feel overwhelmed, tired and fed up which impacts on their energy levels and their general health and wellbeing.  Often anxiety, depression and thyroid problems can show up here along with chronic fatigue and adrenal burn out symptoms.

Tracie is also passionate about natural fertility and assisting with herbs throughout pregnancy, during labour and even when breast-feeding helping to produce strong, healthy babies.

Immune Boosting Tonics
Tracie specialises in natural immune boosting tonics for the whole family to help heal acute conditions more quickly such as coughs, colds, sore throats, chest infections and sinus infections.  

Children respond really well to plant medicines and especially the Super Immune Boost tonics, with a daily dose every morning protecting them from the never-ending exposure to germs at daycare and school.

The Corporate World
Tracie works with a range of conditions but has seen many patients in the corporate world experiencing adrenal and mental fatigue, stress, anxiety, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, weight management concerns, sleep difficulties and digestive problems.

Zoë is your Healthy Life Designer, An Integrated Nutritional Health Coach who works one to one with clients to design and create sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

Using a strong foundation of quality nutrition to address many health concerns and create lasting transformations in health, Zoë will work with you to implement health changes that support your personal needs. Zoë has a deep knowledge of how the foods we consume impact on the daily functioning of our bodies, immune system, hormonal systems and mindset. Zoë studied with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to complete her Health Coaching certification in 2015. Having had a keen interest in health and nutrition from a young age, Zoë applied this to her Degree in Design with her projects focusing on the world’s food system, environmental health, sustainability, toxins in the environment and their effect on the human body, processed foods & additives, health marketing claims and politics of food. From her extensive research, Zoë has formulated a wholefood, whole-body approach to nutrition. Favouring foods with the highest nutritional value, least amount of processing and foods which support the proper functioning and homeostasis of the body. Stress relief, self-care, positive mindsets, movement and being in-tune with your body and connected to nature are also of strong focus in Zoë’s practice.

Zoë uses a bio-individual, holistic approach and works with clients to create personalised nutrition plans, stress relief techniques, weight & fitness goal plans and gives tools in which to be able to implement lasting changes for sustained health. Using a truly integrated approach, Zoë provides support, resources and knowledge to her clients.
