Keri Krieger
(Acupuncturist & Holistic Counsellor)

Ba H Sc(Acupuncture) Ad Dip TCM

Professionally engaged in bodywork and acupuncture for over 12 years Keri has studied the subtle Japanese style acupuncture in Tokyo and Imabari. This style of acupuncture is very delicate in its application and incorporates the five element or five phase approach of treating. Keri has developed her own style of treatment combining acupuncture with hot stone massage and calling it ‘rockupuncture’. The fusion of hot stones and therapeutic acupuncture enables the re-alignment of energy through the meridians to take place more deeply and with less resistance, leaving you feeling nurtured, restored and nourished. This is an ideal treatment for people dealing with stress and emotional release and those in recovery from adrenal exhaustion.

In addition to this Keri has completed a holistic counselling course which better equips her in treating people who are going through emotional stress or emotional release.

Keri has a diverse experience and currently works at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat in Queensland. She visits Sydney Essential Health four times a year.

Sydney Essential Health is situated in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bondi Junction and close to Woollahra, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Bellevue Hill, Paddington, Edgecliff, Randwick, Coogee and Bondi.
