Ayurveda is an ancient and revered system of medicine that originated in India thousands of years ago. It is an intricate system of healing that allows us to respond to our body’s individual requirements, to achieve balance and maintain good health. Ayurveda does not treat the symptoms of illness but treats the cause.

Techniques including; deep pulse reading, marma shakti, energetic healing and counselling, used to identify and treat the root cause of disease.
